A Perfect USB-A to USB-C Charge Cable? why?

Why it is an almost perfect cable? 

1. The USB A side is a reversible plug, making it to be used as a USB-C does.

You can just plug to the power bank as you wish, no worries of getting wrong side.

2. The USB-A side is a Right Angle USB Connector, which means to some of the people, a preferred than a straight one, especially if you put  your power bank inside a bag while you are on the go.
